My best approach is, Ignore them. I used to reply before, but it only made things worse. Now I just laugh, block, and move on. You can’t argue sense into someone that logged in to insult.

If I'm the admin, I have to ban. I might give a warning first to sound merciful, lol.

I haven’t dealt personally with many but I’d probably give a warning or two, maybe three, then ban.
