Yes, we do a glass of buffalo milk daily. What about you? How many glasses do you drink daily?

Have you tried goat milk? I have tried it; it's very bad in taste but is like a medicine, which is very effective in dengue.

I drink milk when I am in my farm house, we have cows and I like to drink cow milk. I live in a city and we don't get good quality milk here, so I don't drink milk much.

I rarely do as I don't like the taste. I have a carton of silk milk in my fridge and I use it instead of milk. I like the taste better.

When I was a baby, my mom would buy us goat milk because it was cheaper. I don't remember the taste of it though. I regularly drink cow's milk but the lowfat kind because of the calories.

I love flavored milk but it sometimes upsets my stomach.

Milk is good to drink with meals. I used to do that. Sodas are not very good with meals unless you're eating out.

Usually drink some in the morning and night. I find my meds go down better with it. Usually either white or chocolate.
