Most vets would recommend that we feed the dog only dog food if we want them to stay hearty and healthy. However, the challenge is that the cost of getting these special meals is on the high side no thanks to inflation.

Does this make you try to give your dogs the food that you eat as well or do you resist such temptation?

Our dogs have always had human food. They would eat their dog food too for the most part with a couple days being more picky.
