There is no doubt that working out is an effective way to improve the wellbeing of an individual. But some times we come up with one excuse after another.

The standard meal schedule is to eat 3 times in a day. But circumstances can differ for everyone. Many do not see the need to eat up to 3 times while others are trying to bulk up so they eat more than that.

As humans we most times have a need for an animal companion. I have a cat, and I’m planning to get a dog very soon. I am very close with my cat, and since I live alone she is my only shot at interactions in the home.
